AARP Foundation Tax-Aide

Schedule a longer appointment if you have a more complex return such as a business, multiple investments,  or itemized deductions. Allows more time to complete your return. Out of state income in excess of the standard must use Scan and Pick Up Services.

Complex In-Person Tax Preparation

Tax Return prepared through TaxSlayer Secure Virtual Portal. No in-person appointment is needed, but you must have the ability to scan and upload your documents and identification plus basic computer skills. Send request to aarpflag.gmail.com or call (928)919-9277 before or during the appointment window.

Virtual Tax Return

Tax returns will be prepared and transmitted in one visit if you have all of your documents with you. A simple tax return is only wages or retirement  income. Out of state income in excess of the standard deduction must use Scan and Pick Up Services.

Simple In-Person Tax Preparation

After you have had your documents scanned with a previous appointment, a paper copy of your completed return will be delivered to you. Any questions will be answered. We will not transmit the return to the IRS and states(s) until you approve in writing.

Pick up Completed Return

Part one of two-visit tax preparation. May be required for more complex returns .We will scan your documents to your secure portal and return them to you. Make a second appointment one week later for Pick Up Completed Return.
